Feedback?
I'm going to break down where myself and phylis(my band) stand right now. About a week ago I was in the ER, having vomited about 7 times with things progressing toward another orifice.(sorry) I know I probably had a virus that led to my demise but the trigger for my stomach was a PB early in the day. I have strayed off the path of a good bandster. While like I have said I have not gained, I have not lost either. I have eaten around my band and eaten things that will get stuck. I have PB more in the last 2 months then I would like to admit. Phylis wants to work I just haven't been letting her. Back to the vomiting. After that whole deal I have been getting headaches, no matter how hydrated I am and I get pain on and off right in the band area that takes my breath away. My surgeon said it sounds like acid reflux, has anyone else heard off acid reflux feeling just like a regular nasty pain?

Back to the Grind

I have met my training match. My new trainer is John. He is nice and polite and kicked my behind! It was a great workout, I was sweating with swet dripping from my hair. Then he asked me to do something that no matter how hard I tried I couldn't do it. It pissed me off to no end! He told me to put my hands straight out in front of me, keep one leg off the ground and sit then stand up all on one leg. I couldn't do it! Of all the things I have been able to do and accomplish I could not sit and stand up on one leg! It made me so mad and I think he caught on and ended the session there for the day. I know I worked my butt off before then but this gives me something new to strive for.

A Weekend of Fun
My weekend was so much fun! I wish I could have shared it with all of you!
Friday after work we set up camp and for some reason with us camping is never a small endeavor. We have the tent, a screened in gazebo tent, camping chairs, grill, cook top, lights, ect... We sat around the fire and had burgers and hot dogs, then of course smores. Right before we were going to bed my tuff as nails mini doxen chased away a huge raccoon. That promoted us to move all the food anything back to the car and I insisted we move the tent away from the tree line. That sucked at almost midnight. Saturday was a blast though! I don't know about you all but camp breakfast is awesome with us. We have spiced potatoes and eggs. Very yummy! We rented a water trike for about an hour. Those things are quite the workout.
That's not us in the picture. It was so hot out that we kept moving to get a breeze. A ton of fun but I was feeling it in my legs the rest of the day. After that the toy my hubby wanted to rent was back at the dock. A 16 ft power boat. We rented that for an hour and raced around the lake . A ton of fun. I'm not a huge boat fan but this was great. We are going to take it out again this coming weekend for my birthday! Then we went swimming for a while. The water was freezing but it was about 90 degrees out so it was tolerable for a while. For dinner I made an awesome dutch oven stew on the fire! I have never cooked like that and it turned out awesome and it was so much fun! Sunday morning we packed up and went home bright and early. We took a small nap and got officially up at about 11 am. We went to see Green Lantern. It was an ok movie. Then later yesterday I made some bath bombs. So a very busy and fun weekend!
Today I start hard core back at the gym! I am seeing a personal trainer 3 times a week after my regular workout. For a regular workout I am going to do High incline/fast walk on the treadmill for 30mins, 15 min high intensity on the bike and 10 mins on the stair stepper. This is going to be a fun week.

BYOC and Picture Friday
Thank you for the nice welcome back! I have slowly over the last couple of hours been catching up on the lives of people other than my own, slowly integrating myself back into the comment world :)
As promised I have a picture that my lovely co-worker took for me. But first lets get our BYOC on! Happy Friday to everyone.
1. If you were asked to symbolize yourself as an animal – which animal would you be?
I would have to say maybe a Orangutan. Like the ape I tend to be a little shy in new situations. I also tend to not have to many close friends. I am fiercely loyal though so maybe that makes me a Labrador. Who knows.
2. Did you ever play an organized sport – with coaches, rules and scoring? Tell us about it.
I played basketball for about 8yrs growing up. a little bit of softball too I think. I tried out for volleyball but never made the team. I didn't really enjoy playing basketball, as I got older it got more competitive. The parents made it enjoyable and in all reality I was only there because I was tall. Better to block the basket.
3. When did you start shaving your legs?
I don't know, I really avoid shaving my legs as much as possible now though. my hair isn't to thick and it grows slow. So I leave it alone so it will stay that way as long as possible.
4. When you’re in a crabby – pissy – want to stab everyone you see kind of mood – what do you do to get out of it or do you revel in it?
I usually revel in it for a little while, I know not good. When I get that way I really just need some alone time and unfortunately the hubby is the one who gets the full force of the grumpiness
5. Repeat question: Summarize your week in blog land and in real life.
In blog land I am catching up and getting excited again to stop by and see everyone during BOOBS in 84days (because Ronnie is counting)
In real life we are getting ready to go camping tonight and tomorrow. I am trying to figure out a way to keep the dog in the tent this time at night. That little stinker always seems to find a way out some how. Wish me luck I have to fend for myself on Saturday morning.
Picture Time:
Just ignore the bad hair day. I had class last night and didn't get home till 10pm getting moving this morning was hard. I like that in this picture I am wearing an XL scrub top instead of a 3XL. My face is also a ton smaller. Bonus: for some reason it looks like I have boobs! Not to bad for a quick pic :)

Hello Stranger's
I feel like I have been gone so long I lost my street cred.
First I want to know how everyone has been doing? Just drop me a couple lines in the comment section. nothing major. I will try to catch up on everyone when I get a moment.
Whats going on in my life? Well a whole lot of nothing actually. I haven't seen my surgeon since about march, I haven't sincerely blogged since I think May, I haven't really been working out at all. for a good long while. In short I haven't lost a single pound (or gained) since my last post. Life has been really good though. I am spending alot of time with my husband and our furry little babies. We went on vacation to visit the family. We celebrated 6yrs of marriage, my hubby's 25th birthday, the fourth of July, a wonderful memorial day, spending time with friends, threw a baby shower, going to school a couple nights a week, going camping this weekend and celebrating my 25th birthday on the 16th. That's quite the mouthful. I am really having a good time and learning alot about myself in the process. Now that the year is going by so quickly though I am starting to focus back on my weight. The summer activities for us are still going to continue but I have to get back to the gym so I can catch up with all you wonderful ladies and gentlemen out there. I am going to regain touch with my peeps because you are all the inspiration that I needed to get to this point.
I have to admit there were a couple of times this past week that I thought to myself how much I missed you guys and that I had something I wanted to share with you all. I am sorry for the long lapse but I am back this time and I will try to post 5 days a week like I was way back forever ago, but be gentle with me while I get back into the swing of things. I will start back tomorrow doing my freaky Friday picture op. where I post a picture of myself un-posed for the world to see and gnaw on. Until tomorrow my lovelies.
