Quick post.
I ended up in the ER last night because I passed out after my run. I couldn't even do a full run either! I feel cheated of my workout. I had to cut it short because my chest was on fire and I haven't had that issue in the past. I was going up stairs and I had to stop and hold onto the railing and next thing I new I was coming to on the floor. It scared the crap out of me. My husband wanted me to go to the ER so I did and they pretty much did nothing but stick me with a needle. They did want me to take it easy today so I didn't go to work. But I did go to the gym today. Don't yell at me! I felt fine today and I did my full sweat dripping workout with my trainer. So I had supervision, even if he didn't know about the episode :)
Hey a girls got to do what a girls got to do and I can't put my life on hold for this, whatever this is.
On to some good news though now:
I'm excited about those numbers in a month!
2 1/2 inches off my hips! holy crap and 2 inches off each of my arms!!
But those stupid thighs just want to stay the same size
So they didn't come up with a reason you faninted? Poor thing
ReplyDeleteWeird - I wonder what that was about! Take care girl!
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better, but if something like this happens again you should defintely share it with your trainer.

ReplyDeleteI'll be the mom of the group and tell you to take it a little easy on the sweat pouring workouts until they find out what's wrong!
ReplyDeleteGreat numbers!
I agree with Manda, take it easy. And doesn't seem safe to not tell your trainer about it, woman! You better next time you go so he'll take it easy on you - we don't want anything happening to ya.
