1 pound ground turkey. 

I can black beans

1 can pinto beans

I big yellow onion

2 packets of taco mix

When I feel frisky I add mushrooms and bell peppers :)

p.s. did i forget to mention how fabulous and awesome and amazing ronnie is? well she is and I can only be so lucky to be blessed with 2 bundles of joy just like her!!!

Thursday Already?

I had every intention to get online Monday night and post about my wonderful weekend with wonderful women. Now I'm not sure where the time went! Yesterday I spent all day at the hospital doing a glucose test and other blood work along with a visit to cardiology to get a heart monitor attached for 24hrs. Throughout the day the lab took 15 vials of blood from me! I just started laughing when the guy just kept pulling vials out. I also get to go for the most wonderful of all female appointments today. Yay for me. I do whole heatedly promise that I will get a post out about this past weekend.

BOOBs Thanks

I don't have to much time to post about this weekend because I am at work.

I had a fantastic time and I am sure I made some life long friends this weekend!
While I on though I want to thank the planning committee for doing such an awesome job!! The planned events were fantastic and just getting to meet everyone was the highlight of my year!
I will post again later with pictures and commentary of the weekend :)

I am not liking this whole being back at work thing. It sucks!

Happy BOOBs Day!!

Well ladies and gents who are going to be reading around the blogs today I am a little hung over this morning! I know what a great way to start off my BOOBs weekend. I went to a Drag Idol last night to support a friend of mine. So while I was in Chi-town at a drag show it was not the one that my fellow BOOBs were at.
I stepped on the scale this morning and you will never guess what number I saw...

269.9!!!!

So I am going to claim that 80.1lb loss and party with it!!! Ok, maybe I will leave the partying till later and just try to get through the work day. (ugg 3 hours of sleep)

After work today I will be going straight to the train station and going to BOOBs!!! I get off at 3pm and by 3:17pm I shall be on my way to meet some of the most amazing women I know!! (and apparently there are rumors of free chobani!!! What?! I know!!)

So bags are packed and I just have to get through the day! I can't wait to share pictures with you all next week!

Have a fabulous weekend my darlings and don't party to hardy or you will end up like me. (3 ours of sleep and hung over on Yeager bombs)
