I went to the gym last night, I did my warm up on my own on the treadmill. I put it on a 3.2 speed and set it at a 15 incline. I love doing this workout because I seem to burn the most calories, at 20 mins I burned 423cals. Then I did my half hour with the trainer. My legs felt like jelly last night when I got home. They burn this morning. What amazed me this morning is that I was on my way to work and was looking forward to going to the gym tonight! Then I realised I have my last night of English and can't go. I was truly disappointed. It's only been a couple weeks since I have started working out hard again and I already am enjoying it! YAY!
