Yep I just ate pizza. Thin crust with veggies from a local place around here. Also I ate 2 of the cookies that I made for the class. My only consolation is that I didn't sit down at work most of the day and I was 900 cals under my food limit when I got to class today. Lets hope the scale doesn't yell at me!
Horrible for me, but O so tasty :(
While it's not the greatest choice - it's not necessarily epic! You'll be okay - I promise. xoxo
ReplyDeleteIts not epic at all...you are doing great...I love your before and after pics...they show that you definitely are no where near any type of "epic" failure!
ReplyDeletePizza...*drooling* how I miss pizza. I haven't ever been brave enough to try any since surgery. No pizza for a whole year!!! I'm a scaredy cat and try really hard not to break the rules.
ReplyDeleteBUT it's not the end of the world!!
In the old days, I bet you would have eaten all the pizza and all the cookies! Don't be too hard on yourself - and tomorrow is another day.
ReplyDeleteI second everybody, except maybe Jessica (she's hardcore! hehe). It's perfectly fine to have pizza every once in a while... and save me a cookie! Just don't freak out if the scale is up a little bit today (which it might not even be).

ReplyDeletePizza is NOT a bad choice! It has LOTS of protein and it tastes YUMMY! I eat pizza every once in a while and I don't feel a bit bad about it.
ReplyDeleteIf I had to guess, I'd say that you, like me, probably used to eat a few pieces of pizza pre-op. Now I'd bet you were stuffed after one or two pieces. The band is doing its job by keeping your portion sizes small. You may have a small weight jump, but it won't last. I'd wait a couple of days to weigh and I doubt you see anything.
Remember that the healthiest and most sustainable diets are ones in which you eat ALL foods in moderation.
