Pictures! (food porn alert)

I took a couple of pictures this weekend so I thought I would share some with you :)  I will start with today and work my way back.

Today was a cooking day to get stuff made for lunches and snacks for the rest of the week.
This is the low cal. high protein chili I make. It's  our version of Doc's Chili from the biggest loser.

The start of a wonderful turkey meatball!
chopping the bell pepper for the meatballs and the chili
these are the turkey meatballs I made. they are 72cals for one and  very tasty  for lunch  with a chobani :)

This was dinner, smoked chicken breast and grilled mushrooms and onions...yummy!

this is what the rest of the household has been doing all day. My nap will be after I start the laundry.

This is the Mountain High Mud Pie from Red Robins! I didn't want to buy a birthday cake  and have it in the house. To tempting. So hubby and I shared a slice of this. The caloric value on this is....1390!!! Thank goodness I don't eat that every day!

This is hubby and I at red lobster. He surprised me with all the pink birthday stuff in the restaurant.  Very  hush hush about my birthday as you can tell.

Just me, slightly enjoying the torture.

It was a great weekend with lots of good stuff. Turning 25 wasn't as horrible as I thought it would feel. I am definitely looking forward to what this year will bring for me with so many changes in the works.  A plus, the scale only went up 0.1cal from the day before. I have eaten like a saint today though.
Thank you for all the birthday wishes. You are all so great!
Until next time :)
